General Policies and Procedures


Your privacy will be respected at all times. You will be properly draped at all times and confidentiality between the Massage Therapist and yourself will be strictly upheld.


To ensure that you are able to get the appointment time that you desire, it is suggested that you schedule your next appointment with the Massage Therapist after your massage.


In the event that you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so that others can take advantage of the available time slot. If you have cold/flu symptoms, it is not recommended to have a massage. The cancellation policy is 24 hour notice for all appointments. Unless we receive a cancellation within policy hours, we will be forced to charge a 50% cancellation fee. I will also observe a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice if I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If I fail to give you that minimum notice, your next massage will be half the cost of the standard rate for the service chosen.


In the event that you are not home for your scheduled massage or contact us to cancel your massage you will be considered a no-show and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.


If you are less than 18 years old, a parent or guardian must be present at all times during the massage. The parent or guardian must sign the minor consent form prior to the first massage.


Gratuities are appreciated and are generally given in the range of 15-20% of the regular price of the Massage. They are not included in the price of the Massage and are left up to your discretion. They are preferred in cash form and should be given directly to the Massage Therapist.


At this time we only accept payment in the form of cash or check. A $25.00 fee will be applied for all returned checks.

Massage Environment

To provide you with the best massage possible an area of 12′ by 9′ is needed for the massage table and Massage Therapist to work. Please have the space already cleared prior to your appointment, as any additional time to clear an area will be taken off of your actual massage time. We recommend that you turn your phone(s) to silent or off during your massage. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that there is a place available for the Massage Therapist to wash her hands prior to and after your massage.


I appreciate any honest feedback that you can provide to me about your Massage Experience. I want each and every Massage Session to be as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Please let me know how I can better serve you by taking a few minutes after your massage to fill out a Feedback Form located in the Massage Room or you may wait and complete the Feedback Form online.


If this is your first massage, you will need to fill out the necessary intake forms prior to your massage beginning. For your convenience, you may also choose to print and complete our online intake forms before your appointment.

For All Massages: When the Massage Therapist arrives the massage table will be immediately set up and your appointment time will begin after set up is completed (only if the area is already available for set up when the Massage Therapist arrives).


Massages will be terminated at any time for any of the following reasons and payment is expected in full. The Massage will be terminated immediately if a Client makes any sexual advances or requests. Even a questionable sexual discussion can be cause for termination. Massage Therapy is therapeutic in nature and is in no way sexual. A Massage will not be conducted if the Client is intoxicated, using drugs or is a threat to the Massage Therapist’s safety.
